I had a faucet leak and water got into my basement. My insurance company sent out SERVPRO to clean it all up. They were very fast in getting here and very professional throughout the entire experience. I would use them again without question if I needed to.
We were extremely relieved when SERVPRO came to help, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. We did need to wait a little bit, but that’s how repairs work when you have to coordinate insurance adjusters, contractors, laborers, AND your home is on the list of historical sites. I’m glad they took the time to find the right people for the job we had, and that our insurance company was able to approve everything on time. As much as I wanted things to “just be done”, I’m glad SERVPRO was there to keep me in the know, and ease my anxiety. Will recommend to anyone!
