Well, Fire & Water - cleanup and restoration is our specialty. We also handle sewage damages, mold, and biohazard cleanup. We are the longest running SERVPRO in the Charlotte area (we opened in 1999 and have been serving the Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill, Mecklenburg and Union County areas ever since). We have staff members certified by the IICRC in many different areas of restoration.
We handle very small damages affecting a home to very large losses in commercial properties and everything in between. We are small enough to understand the stress and worry these types of damages may cause but, as part of a large system of franchises, we have massive resources at our disposal whenever needed.

My washing machine sensor that tells it when to stop filling stopped working. Within four hors of the disaster, SERVPRO of South Charlotte was at my house with fans and dehumidifiers. Within 24 hours they were back to pull the flooring because water had gotten underneath it. They promised completion in 7 weeks and they delivered with flying colors. The entire staff, from the office, to the people in the field, and their subcontractors were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.
